Why Takeout Central?
The Takeout Central concept was developed after extensive experience in all
types of the fast food delivery sector by Rav, Emma and Ling. They and their
managers have a combined experience of over 100 years in the industry including
working for some of the so called “national chains”.
All of them agree that the national pizza chains know how to deliver food
quickly, though believe that the food made is “nothing special”.
They have spent years researching different recipes and trialing different
methods to produce an operation that makes home cooked meals delivered quickly
time and time again
.
So whether it comes to Indian, Pizza, Chinese or anything from our grills,
you know that it will be made and delivered well. Never again will you have
to wait hours for your Chinese or your Indian to arrive, we want you to plan
your meals around your day, you shouldn’t have to plan your days around
when you think your food might arrive!
We aim to deliver all orders in around 30 minutes
and in our revolutionary hot bag system that loses just 2 degrees of heat
in 55 minutes!
Dough
They were in the national chains when they saw the pre- prepared dough arriving
on deliveries. Did you know even when it is called fresh it can be up to 7
days old! When it is not labelled fresh it is simply frozen and thawed out,
that is not how to make pizza.
Takeout Central make their dough fresh each day, not from a chilled or from
a frozen doughball, but from flour and water... the way it should be.. and
you can taste the difference.
