No experience within the fast food industry is required but a strong work ethic and ability to learn and improve all aspects of running a store are necessary. Obviously there is a lot of experience and expertise that will be passed on as well as a thorough training course that is longer and more challenging than most... but at the end of it we want you to be part of the family, help develop the brand and maintain its integrity!
